Grant Writer

Adoptee Hub seeks a part-time Grant Writer volunteer to conduct research, complete grant applications to institutional donors (i.e., foundation, corporate, and government funders) on behalf of Adoptee Hub. The Grant Writer is one of the most crucial jobs for Adoptee Hub and will be responsible for the implementation of the Adoptee Hub development strategy to secure new and renewed grant funding to support Adoptee Hub in their initiatives to develop and sustain the Global Birth Search Services (GBSS) portal; capital funding for the Adoptee Hub Cultural Center; build and manage the Adoptee Hub Retreat Village.

The volunteer will report to and work closely with the Adoptee Hub Board of Directors (specifically the Director of Development) and Chief of Executive Operations. A creative, energetic, and mission-driven individual committed to realizing the potential of a bold and innovative strategic vision in supporting our Adoptee Community.

Fundraising Coordinator

Adoptee Hub seeks a part-time Fundraising Coordinator. This is a volunteer position who will conduct solicitation and stewardship activities focused on institutional donors (i.e., foundation, corporate, and government funders). Will be responsible for the implementation of a fundraising strategy to secure new and renewed grant funding to support Adoptee Hub in their initiatives to develop and sustain the Global Birth Search Services (GBSS) portal; capital funding for the Adoptee Hub Cultural Center; build and manage the Adoptee Hub Retreat Village.

The volunteer will report to and work closely with the Adoptee Hub Board of Directors and Chief of Executive Operations.

Board of Directors Officer Position - President

Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for the Board of Directors Office position assuming the role of President. We are in search of a volunteer who is passionate of the Adoptee community and has the leadership skills to promote the initiatives of our organization. The President position oversees the Adoptee Hub mission and strategic plan with the collaboration of 7 Board of Director (BOD) members and 5 Officers.

Board of Directors - Director of Capital Campaign

Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for a Board of Director position who will assume the duties of the Director of Capital Campaign. This individual will be primarily the project manager overseeing the construction of the Adoptee Hub Cultural Center which is strategically planned to be in operation in the 10-year plan.

Board of Directors Officer Position - Policy Legal Advisor

Adoptee Hub is currently receiving volunteer applications for this Board of Director officer position to assume the role of Policy Legal Advisor. This individual will review all policies and procedures to ensure Adoptee Hub is operating under a legal purview. Will serve as an advisor to the President of the Board and CEO on all legal matters that may arise.

Editor / Proofreader

Adoptee Hub is in search of 2 part-time volunteers to serve as Editor / Proofreaders. They will be charged with reviewing, proofing, and editing written and digital content for our Global Birth Search Service portal, Membership portal, and Grant proposal submission.

Researcher / Data Analyst

Adoptee Hub is actively searching for 2 part-time volunteer researchers / data analysts. The individuals will be working primarily with Grant Writers and Portal Project Managers, but will on occasion need to research for data for the Public Affairs director to ensure Adoptee Hub is not posting misinformation through social media outlets.

IT Programmer / Developer

Adoptee Hub seeks a volunteer IT web programmer to help develop and maintain a database portal that will allow Adoptee Hub to manage a membership subscription list and eventually a secure system that will support our Biological Heritage Discovery program, post adoption services and support programs.

IT Web Designer

Adoptee Hub seeks a volunteer IT web designer to help develop web page designs according to the Adoptee Hub Style Guide for our database portal. The website will be involving a membership subscription list and eventually a secure system that will support our Biological Heritage Discovery, post adoption services, resource library repository, and support programs. Will be working closely with the Chief of Executive Operations and the Adoptee Hub Website Development Team, the Project Manager, and the Design/Content/Editing Team.

Legal Advisor

Adoptee Hub seeks a volunteer Legal Advisor to help conduct a legal review of the Adoptee Hub’s JaeSan website. Will be working closely with the Chief of Executive Operations and the Project Manager.
