HR Generalist must be experienced in conducting successful recruitment procedures, and they should know how to take care of all duties related to employee relations. Ensures that workplace needs are being met in the administration.

Provides administrative support for the organization assisting with on boarding, interview process, schedule orientation and train new people to the organization. Looking for professionalism and a strong sense of discretion.

  • Assist Director and CEO with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Coordinate logistics for new volunteer and Intern orientations and employee training sessions
  • * knowledge to set up and maintain an internship program

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools human resources software

  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and train multiple interns
