History:
What is Kimchi? Kimchi is usually spicy and consists of a fermented vegetable, and served with almost every meal in Korea. The most well-known kimchi is made from napa cabbage but many other vegetables can be used to make kimchi as well. What makes this dish unique is its flavorful blend of vegetables, salt, and seasonings. It has become one of the most popular side dishes in recent years due to its unique taste and health benefits; joining the explosion of Korean cuisine, culture, and entertainment. But how was kimchi invented, and what makes it so good? Find out by comming to the Adoptee Hub Kimchi Festival.

Supporters

Thank you all for your support!

NO JOKE! Get ready for a spicy good time at Adoptee Hub’s 2nd Kimchi Festival! We’re mixing up 200 heads of cabbage, 100 tails of radish, 150 cloves of garlic, 3 bushels of green and white onions, freshly chopped cucumbers, and 20 other delicious ingredients.

This festival is a huge testament to volunteerism and dedication. We couldn’t have accomplished this without our sponsors’ generous support!

There’s still an opportunity to be a sponsor! This a lot of costs associated to such a good time. However, we believe the value of this project outweighs the expenses. Your generosity, in any amount, will make a lasting impact.

Please, contact us at info@adopteehub.org.
