Adoptee Hub seeks a part-time Grant Writer volunteer to conduct research, complete grant applications to institutional donors (i.e., foundation, corporate, and government funders) on behalf of Adoptee Hub. The Grant Writer is one of the most crucial jobs for Adoptee Hub and will be responsible for the implementation of the Adoptee Hub development strategy to secure new and renewed grant funding to support Adoptee Hub in their initiatives to develop and sustain the Global Birth Search Services (GBSS) portal; capital funding for the Adoptee Hub Cultural Center; build and manage the Adoptee Hub Retreat Village.
The volunteer will report to and work closely with the Adoptee Hub Board of Directors (specifically the Director of Development) and Chief of Executive Operations. A creative, energetic, and mission-driven individual committed to realizing the potential of a bold and innovative strategic vision in supporting our Adoptee Community.

Will be responsible for the implementation of a fundraising strategy to secure new and renewed grant funding to support Adoptee Hub in their initiatives to develop and sustain the Global Birth Search Services (GBSS) portal; capital funding for the Adoptee Hub Cultural Center; build and manage the Adoptee Hub Retreat Village.
The volunteer will report to and work closely with the Adoptee Hub Board of Directors and Chief of Executive Operations.
Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for a Board of Director position who will assume the duties of the Director of Capital Campaign. This individual will be primarily the project manager overseeing the construction of the Adoptee Hub Cultural Center which is strategically planned to be in operation in the 10-year plan.
Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for a Board of Director position who will assume the duties of the Director of Development. This individual will oversee grant proposals and fundraising projects to help augment Adoptee Hub’s financial needs to support the Global Birth Search Portal project, the Membership Portal project, and any applicable future events expenditures. Lastly, will manage the extensive research needed to ensure accurate information, statistics are provided by Adoptee Hub in their proposal submissions, fundraising / event / marketing publications as well as social media posts.
Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for a Board of Director position who will assume the duties of the Director of Communications. This individual will be reviewing all of the information and visual display of Adoptee Hub news and events throughout multiple social media platforms for consistency in accordance the Adoptee Hub Style Guide.
Adoptee Hub is in search of 2 part-time volunteers to serve as Editor / Proofreaders. They will be charged with reviewing, proofing, and editing written and digital content for our Global Birth Search Service portal, Membership portal, and Grant proposal submission.
Adoptee Hub is actively searching for 2 part-time volunteer researchers / data analysts. The individuals will be working primarily with Grant Writers and Portal Project Managers, but will on occasion need to research for data for the Public Affairs director to ensure Adoptee Hub is not posting misinformation through social media outlets.
Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for a Board of Director position who will assume the duties of the Director of Information Technology (IT). This individual will maintain the operational integrity and network security of the Adoptee.org website, the Global Birth Search Service (GBSS) and Membership portals.
Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for 2 part-time volunteer Event Coordinators. They will be working jointly to develop a yearly event calendar and coordinate all of the logistics to ensure successful events for our Adoptee Hub community. These events may be virtual or in-person types of events depending on state mandates. You will oversee all aspects of event planning and management; after discussing the scope and budget with department directors, you will organize all the details, including booking the venue, planning food service, entertainment, decorations, transportation, and staffing for the day of the event. We expect you to supervise each phase of the plan during the event to ensure it runs smoothly and to close out all vendor invoices once the event is over.
Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for the Board of Directors Office position assuming the role of Secretary. This is an Executive position who will work in collaboration with five other officers and seven Board Directors. This volunteer will assist in managing and maintaining internal records and documents for events and meetings.

Adoptee Hub is accepting applications for a volunteer Social Media Specialist to support our Communications and Events Teams. They will maintain a social media calendar for Adoptee Hub’s monthly social events and other announcements, as needed.
